Will agents get my phone number?+
Not unless you choose to share it. When you submit a request, agents can only see your postcode sector, property details, and photos. Your name, email, phone number, and full address are hidden until you tap "Connect" on a specific agent.
How accurate are the valuations?+
You receive valuations from real, local estate agents who know your area. Our AI also provides an independent estimate based on market data. Seeing multiple professional opinions side by side gives you a more reliable picture than any single valuation.
What if I change my mind after connecting?+
Connecting shares your contact details with that agent. You are under no obligation to list with them — it simply opens the door for a conversation. You cannot un-share contact details, which is why we always ask you to confirm first.
Do I have to be ready to sell?+
